We are a group of college students who love wind music. Through the efforts of senior sisters over the years and the guidance of conductor Zou Jiahong, the growth of the Taipei University Wind band is obvious to all. We have also won special and excellent results in national student music competitions many times!

Our group practice time is every Wednesday evening, and we arrange individual practice and group practice, as well as various activities such as commercial performances and ensemble performances. In addition to practice, entertainment activities such as social tours and social baking will also be held to create the most special memories of Taipei University!

【20211027—School Celebration Concert】

It has been a tradition of Taipei University to hold a school celebration concert for many years. The performance of the musical community kicks off the annual school celebration. The Taipei University Wind Band has also sent many people to participate in the preparation of the school celebration concert, with the hope of bringing the school’s celebration through the school’s celebration concert. Give all the teachers and students a new hearing feast.

This time, the performance of the Taipei University Wind Band is presented in a majestic brass ensemble. The dispatch of 13 performers is also an unprecedented large-scale organization of our company. The night before the school celebration, brought a refreshing feeling to the audience, playing Queen's Don't stop me now and the Disney Suite, and having fun with the audience.

【20211219—Taipei University Wind Music Festival】

The Taipei University Wind Music Festival is a USR program sponsored by the Taipei University Academy of Social Sciences. This year, there will be as many as 11 pieces performances. One of the highlights is to invite the Principal of the Taipei Symphony Orchestra Wang Jiyang, the Evergreen Symphony Orchestra Zhong Yiting, the Deputy Principal of the National Symphony Orchestra Liu Pinjun, the Taipei Symphony Orchestra Huang Xinyi and the Taipei University Guan. In addition to classical music, we also played familiar cartoon soundtracks, as well as Christmas songs to accompany the upcoming Christmas, which described the whole performance vividly.
The members practiced diligently in their spare time after class and did not forget the things they love despite their busy schoolwork. In order to train for the National Student Music Competition to be held in mid-March of the following semester, a four-day ex-location training was held in Hualien Phonzi Art Inn during the winter vacation.

【March—National Student Music Competition】

Every March, the National Student Music Competition is in full swing. Of course, Taipei University Guan will not be absent from this event. In addition to exchanging skills with other schools’ wind music clubs, the competition is also a regular assessment of the wind music clubs to test the results of our practice over the past year! Under the leadership of conductor Zou Jiahong and the unremitting efforts of all members, has a good performance every year, and even won the special honor in the 106 school year! We also hope that Taipei University can make great achievements again!

【20220522-Summer end of the season】

The final achievement presentation is the final performance of the Taipei University pipe in each academic year. In addition to bringing a feast to the teachers, students, and residents of Taipei University, the graduating seniors and sisters will also perform the concerto at this concert, and the juniors will also give their blessings. Pass it on to the graduates through the music, wishing them a long journey and smooth sailing. Final achievement presentation will perform at the Hakka Cultural Park in New Taipei City on the afternoon of 5/22 (Sunday).
