The Student Judiciary is the judicial body of the Student Government Association (Union) of the University. If you believe that the Association/Union has violated the rights of a student, you may seek relief from us under the regulation.

Cases heard by the Student Judiciary are deliberated by a panel of student judges. In accordance with the Organic Act of the National Taipei University Student Government Association and the student government regulations, the student judges adjudicate cases in accordance with their conscience, independently and impartially, without any interference.

If you are interested in student self-governance and are willing to take up the important responsibility of student self-governance jurisdiction, you are welcome to join the Student Judiciary! (open to non-Chinese speaking students)

The Student Judiciary has the following positions:

• Student Judge - Nominated by the Student Union Chief and approved by the Student Congress.
• Clerk - openly selected annually by the Student Judiciary.
